If anyone has a Hikishop tunic or caps, the buttons MUST be replaced with suitable reproductions. The buttons that come with the tunic are absolutely dreadful reproductions and will jokingly be refered to here on out as "Aztec buttons" due to the lion on the said buttons looking remarkably like an Aztec eagle headed lion god! These buttons must be changed out with either approved reproductions, or original brass/zinc buttons. Plastic Postwar versions of the buttons will suffice if the buttons are properly painted to look like the wartime brass/painted grey versions. Salmelainen is currently working on securing a source of repro buttons so hopefully we can get this problem rectified in the very near future.
